Job Context :

    We are Dynamic Polymer Industries Ltd. a manufacturer of recycled plastic granules, EPE foam insulation, Air Babble Insulation in Bangladesh. We are currently seeking ten Marketing Executive and Head of Sales and Operation to join our team and help us expand our business in the local market. The successful candidates will be responsible for visiting local markets and developing new business opportunities.
Responsibility :
  • Develop new business opportunities in the local market
  • Meet sales targets and KPIs set by the company
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs
  • Conduct market research and provide feedback to the management team
  • Attend trade shows and exhibitions to promote our products
  • Create engaging content for digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to train and motivate others.
  • Thorough understanding of Plastic recycling processes and policies..
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Requirements :
  • Bachelor degree in any field.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in marketing in the Plastic/ Polymer industry.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Plastic/ Polymer Industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop long-term marketing plans.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.
