Job Context :
A China-based Metal Trims (Garments Accessories) manufacturer and supplier is going to recruit a professional, talented and self-motivated candidate for the following responsibilities. |
Job Responsibilities : |
- Developing goals for the business development team and ensuring they are met.
- Researching, planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives and expanding sales.
- Increasing the value of current customers.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Organizing and attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

Academic Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
|
Experience Requirements:
- 10 years work experience in marketing, sales or business development fields in the related sector.
|
Additional Requirements:
- Age 35 or above.
- Having knowledge in metal trims and woven bottom merchandising is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
