• Identify potential HVAC projects in private, semi-govt, Government, industries and relevant markets.
• Maintain liaison with existing customers to retain and accelerate sales.
• Conduct frequency meeting with clients & consultants.
• Attending sales meeting.
• Generate new Client, facilitate sales, ensure timely delivery &collect payment within due time.
• Achieving periodical reports & reviews before deadline
• Keep regular communication and information updates with clients.
• Participate actively in different official promotion & program.
• Ready to take new assignments enthusiastically and proactively as or when assigned.
• Collect information and monitor product performance and customer satisfaction regularly.
• Any other task assigned by the management of the company.

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, EEE, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in ME, EEE, Diploma in Mechanical.
• Good at AutoCAD Design for Mechanical, HVAC, Civil Layout.
• Any reputed public/ private institute of Bangladesh.

• At least 2 Years.

• Age at least 23 to 50 Years.
• Both Male and Females are allowed to apply.
• Should have working experience in similar types of company.
• Applicants should have sound knowledge in Air-Conditioning HVAC (CHILLER& VRF) system.
• Must be self motivated and enthusiastic, able to work in a performing situation.
• Capable to sales target achieved and knowledge of auto cad designing
• Should have physical fitness that shall be necessary for performing the job.
• Strong creative, analytical and personal skills.
