• Have in depth knowledge of the target markets for the products in the portfolio with good relations.
• Follow-up with existing clients to increase the business share.
• Follow-up with new and existing clients regularly to convert new leads into recurring business.
• Identify areas for improvement in client s production process and provide recommendations based on the company s product strength.
• Gain product market share in prescribed area by working with the team to develop product sales strategies.
• Analyze and estimate the annual business potential of the clients.
• Pitch enterprise products and services to prospective customers.
• Achieve revenue, order booking and acquisition targets.
• Building and customer level opportunity mapping and sales planning.

• B.Sc Engineering from any reputed university preferably ME/ EEE or Masters of Business Administration in Marketing major field.Preferred B.Sc Engineering with MBA

• At least 5 years experience for B.Sc Engineer/ MBA in Marketing.
• Below 5 years' experience are highly discourage to apply.

• Should be Fluent in English
• Should have a knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
• Should be confident in introducing a new equipment in the market.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated hustler with demonstrated excellence in cross-selling and up-selling products to the client.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Highly adaptable with a can-do attitude
• Well experienced in presentation and fluency in public speaking.
• Able to drive motor bike and must have driving license
