Job Responsibilities : |
- Set up a strong team with DSM, ASM, TSO for the business.
- Searching & appoint new distributors & developing relationship.
- Develop policy and strategy for achieving target sales and marketing of products.
- Monitoring overall sales and marketing, distribution operation, retail sales & corporate sales.
- Any other assignment given by the management/superior

Academic Qualifications :
- Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline (BBA/MBA, Major in Marketing will get preference)
|
| Experience Required : |
- Candidates must have minimum 08 years experience in FMCG industry in sales & marketing as TSO/ASM/RSM/DSM with reputed company(s)
|
| Job Requirements : |
- Candidate should have ability to work under pressure, adaptability, coaching, mentoring, leadership and good communication skills, negotiation skills, target oriented, team work, hard working.
- Well conversant in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint ) applications.
- Physically fit for extensive visit all over Bangladesh.
