• Up selling and suggestive selling: Enhance the dining experience by suggesting appetizers, desserts, or drinks that complement the customers' orders.
  
• Maintaining cleanliness: Keep tables, chairs, and the dining area clean and presentable at all times. Clear dishes and reset tables for new guests.
  
• Processing payments: Present the bill to customers, process payments accurately, and return change or receipts promptly.
  
• Addressing customer concerns: Listen to customer feedback, address any complaints or issues that arise, and strive to resolve them in a professional and courteous manner.
  
• Collaborating with team members: Work closely with the kitchen staff, bartenders, and other wait staff to ensure smooth operations and provide seamless service.
  
• Following health and safety protocols: Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling of food, maintaining cleanliness, and following sanitation procedures.
  

• Diploma in hotel management or similar qualification. Proficiency in working with Computers, Point of Sale (POS) software.

• Service minded friendly professional behavior.
• Multi task, remain associate and guest service centric.
• Good knowledge of Food and Beverage Service.
