Job Responsibilities :
  • Effective liaison with existing/new buyers in connection with taking profitable orders (order booking, processing, order follow up) and meeting export-marketing target.
  • Place order for sourcing goods from the appropriate suppliers.
  • Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events etc.
  • Maintain strong communication with the clients (buyer).
  • Keep data on key variables at every stage of the marketing process.
  • Prepare marketing budget and forecasts as per our expectation and achieve them accordingly.
  • Development and implementation of the Brand strategy.
  • Working closely with other heads of departments.
  • Developing marketing and communications strategies for the organization. Make sure that the business communications promote the right message to maintain a good brand image.
  • Implementing new concepts & techniques to ensure high efficiency & smooth process flow.
  • Completing various marketing projects at the request of Managing Director.
  • Ensure prompt response to the customers on every query.
  • Collect the samples within a minimum time.
  • Representing the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Ensure delivery of goods and related documents at the buyer's premises within due time.
  • Monitor the quantity and quality of the collected goods.
  • Ensure efficient payments and disbursements according to approved policy and procedures.
Academic Qualifications : 
  • BBA & MBA from reputed private or public university.
Experience Required :
  • 1-2 years of work experience in sales representative or marketing role. Freshers with good academic record can also apply.
Additional Job Requirements :
  • Good command over English writing, reading & listening.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office.
  • Independent decision-making, Motivated, Enthusiastic, Problem Solving skills.
Salary range :
  • Market standard salary.
  • Festival bonus.
  • Yearly increment.
  • Other as per policy.
Additional information :
  • Having bike will be an added advantage. Bike fuel bill will be borne by the employer.
