• Collaborate with the salon manager to develop and execute marketing initiatives.
• Promote special offers, discounts, and packages through various channels.
• Engage with customers to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
• Coordinate appointments and assist with day-to-day salon activities.
• Maintain client records and update appointment schedules.
• Assist with inventory management and ensure adequate stock.
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques through continuous learning.
• Work closely with the owner and team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide administrative support, including accurate documentation.
• Contribute to the overall success and growth of the salon through excellent service and sales efforts.

• Minimum Graduate/Bachelor`s degree in any discipline. ( Accounting and Marketing will get preference)

• Minimum (2-5) years sales experience in any service industry (Beauty or make over salon) will get preference.
• Candidate living in Bashundhara or Uttara will get preference.

• Experience in digital marketing will be given extra preference.
• Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
• Manage existing & new potential customers by visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Should have positive attitude.

• 15000-20000

• As per company policy.(Two Festival bonus) and commission upon completion of three months.
