Job Responsibilities :
  • Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
  • Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
  • Build a strong relationship with the customer.
  • Market visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
  • Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets to promote the product.
  • Make presentation to the potential customers.
  • Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
  • Prepare report as required by management.
  • Develop plans for products and promotion and taking necessary action regarding integrated brand management.
  • Develop and simultaneously create the company`s brand image.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; and recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Prepares reports and presentations by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Academic Qualifications :
  • Minimum Graduate/Bachelor`s degree in any discipline
Experience Required :
  • Minimum (2-5) years sales experience in any related field.

Salary : BDT 40,000/- with 1% sales bonus
Other Benefits :
Lunch Bill: BDT 100/= per day
Office hour: 8:30am to 18:00 pm (Saturday to Thursday)
Holiday: official holiday which enjoyed by garment factory staff (not following government holiday)
Sick leave: 10 days in a year (can enjoy after joining 6 months)
Casual leave: 10 day in a year; (not exceeding 3 days in a month, can enjoy after joining 6 months)
