What is the Job Description for Store Manager?
- Position / Job Title: Store Manager
- Department: Franchisee
- Reporting To (Title): Area Sales Manager
Job Context
- Overseeing the entire store operations & achieving the store targets
- To be the point of contact between Cox & Kings BD & Cox & Kings India
- Timely MIS and Report generation
- Achieve seasonal targets
- Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by closely interacting customers to understand their requirements.
- Complaint resolution within specified time frame.
- Recruitment and training of staff.
- Relationship management with customers and key accounts.
- Highlighting all the major sales promotions at the store.
- Store appearance & cleanliness.
- Excellent writing and speaking English.

Candidate Specification
- Experience of selling products i.e. Group and FIT Packages (International)
- Knowledge about the company's products
- Minimum 3 yrs experience in Travel & Tourism
- Education Qualification: Any Graduate
