Sr. Manager - Electrical Maintenance

Job Description / Responsibility

Ensure trouble free running for the machines with quality output.
Ensure spares availability with timely raising indent and procuring.
Follow good maintenance schedule and execute on regular basis.
Knowledge on Vacuum Salt, PLC.
Maintain quality and compatibility.
Do preventive/ Predictive/ breakdown maintenance.
Plan, maintain & procure all activities of Maintenance Department.
Prepare & analyze requirements, budget & gap the bridge to manage safety inventory for the department.
Correspond all technical affairs with local & foreign suppliers as per production requirement.
Assist Production Team, to control the production process form starting to finish. Control, maintain & troubleshoot all the PLC controlled machineries.
Should have knowledge Direct & Indirect burner operation and maintenance.
Should have knowledge on fire safety, food safety and electrical compliance.
Correspond all technical affairs with local & foreign suppliers as per production requirement.
Knowledge on Generator/chiller/Ac.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE

Experience Requirements

12 to 15 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)

Additional Job Requirements

Age 30 to 50 years
Vacuum Salt experience will be given preference
Experience of PLC is highly appreciated
