Job Description / Responsibility

Receptionist Responsibilities :
Receiving patient/ attendant at the front desk and redirect them to the appropriate consultant or place
Schedule appointments for patients
Answer telephone promptly and in a polite and professional manner
Receiving and sorting daily couriers
Provide basic and accurate information
Obtain and enter accurate demographic information of a patient (Name, address, contact number)
Ensuring the reception area is clean and presentable
Undertaking any additional responsibilities assigned by the authority
PCA (Patient Care Attendant) Responsibilities :
Help patients to avail services
Give right information to the patients
Maintaining serial to the patient's file properly
Give the highest attention to the patients
Assist in Doctors chamber
Help patients to understand the prescription and power card.
Assist in counseling
Keep yourself an honest and trustworthy
Maintains positive attitude and need to have cooperation with others colleague, self- motivation, courtesy, and professionalism
Undertaking any additional responsibilities assigned by the authority

Educational Requirements

For Receptionist :
Graduation in any discipline. Educational qualification will be relaxed in case of experienced candidates
For PCA (Patient Care Attendant) :
HSC. Educational qualification will be relaxed in case of experienced candidates

Experience Requirements

For Receptionist :
Minimum (1-3) years experience in reception field
For PCA (Patient Care Attendant) :
Not required

Additional Job Requirements

Additional Job Requirements- Receptionist :
Age 20 to 30 years
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred
Proficiency in verbal and written English communication
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Professional behavior and appearance
Additional Job Requirements- PCA (Patient Care Attendant) :
Age 18 to 25 years
Freshers are also encouraged to apply
Good Interpersonal & Communication skills
Integrity and ethical value must be strong
