Job Description / Responsibility

Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to delivery.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user needs and business requirements.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate designs.
Establish and maintain design standards and guidelines.
Mentor and guide junior designers.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or related field.

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Software Company

Additional Job Requirements

Age 30 to 45 years
5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to lead and inspire a team.
