Job Description / Responsibility
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures for all stages of the production process, from product design to final inspection.
  • Conduct regular audits of production processes and finished products to verify that they meet our rigorous quality standards.
  • Determine and set all product and technical specifications for garments, including construction methods, operational sequences, machinery, attachments, and work methods.
  • Lead and manage quality control teams and professionals responsible for inspecting and testing products for quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with customers to address product-related issues, including fit, technical specifications, construction, and raw materials, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address quality-related issues.
  • Work closely with design, production, and sales teams to ensure that quality standards are maintained at every stage of the product lifecycle.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and standards, and incorporate these insights into our quality control procedures to remain effective and competitive.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
Experience Requirements
  • 2 to 5 years

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 25 to 50 years
  • Experience in related of technical/production/quality assurance sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and customer expectations.
