Job Description / Responsibility
  • Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Engage in recruitment processes, from sourcing local candidates to deployment
  • Conduct data analysis for HR metrics and reporting.
  • Proficiently manage ERP software related to HR functions.
  • Facilitate communication and engagement among employees.
  • Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Work for effective management and team building.
  • Counsel the general issues like company rules regulation.
  • Ensure floor visit to maintain hygienic and healthy environment
  • Ensure buyers’ social compliance & audit related documentation update
  • Arrange all kind of training programs and prepare training agenda
  • Management for floor employees

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 4 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Garments

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 20 to 35 years
  • The incumbent should have good knowledge in the following areas:
  • Data analysis
  • Floor Administration
  • MS Office (Word, Excel & Power Point)
