Job Description / Responsibility

Should have experience in checking and processing visa application.
Keeping up to date information about the progress of Visa.
Advise clients on visa requirements and assist with visa applications.
Thoroughly review and verify client provided documents.
Prepare and organize supporting materials.
Ensure compliance with visa regulations and requirements, and keep up-to-date with any changes or update.
Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms and maintain files and records.
Must be experience in Visa processing (Portugal or European countries).
Work closely with the recruitment team of the company.
Prepared and drafted written correspondence- letters/drafts/power point presentations for the recruitment purpose.
Must be proficient in English for drafting and typing documents.
Corresponding ability through E-mail and Internet.
Maintaining & keeping proper filing, records and information.
Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Travel Agent, Manpower Recruitment, Immigration/Visa Processing

Additional Job Requirements

Good in writing, reading and speaking both in English.
Good presentation skills.
Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
