Job Description / Responsibility

Payor Services Management
Coordinating and managing all matters related to Customers
Managing Membership Enrollment / De-enrollment Processes
Managing the Processes in Production / Replacement / Cancellation of Health Cards
Managing the Distribution and Control of Health Cards
Attending to and resolve customers' inquiries and complaints with knowledge, effectiveness, efficiently and correctly
Attending to system alerts that are related to TPA Operations
Updating the panel providers to Medilink's customers on a monthly basis
Statistical, Operational and Strategic Reporting to the Management and Customers
Ensure the contractual deliverables by the Company to the Customers are met and delivered
Working closely with Customers to resolve customer service related issues
Maintaining task log / service report for complaints
Conducting system training for customers Account Management

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Insurance, Telecommunication, IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm
