Job Description / Responsibility
  • চাকরির দায়িত্বসমূহ:
  • Maintain all financial transactions and check all bill vouchers.
  • Ensure the proper documentation through software.
  • Preparation and presentation of financial statements of the organization at the end of every month.
  • Ensure quality reports & meet management expectation.
  • Maintain all the books of accounts.
  • Maintain all kinds of registers which are related to finance and admin.
  • Prepare salary sheet and bank advice timely.
  • Prepared expenditure bill vouchers.
  • Any other task assigned by management.
  • Credit operation planning through borrower selection and distribution at field level.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting & Information System, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting & Information System
Experience Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • NGO, Development Agency, Micro-Credit

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • Skills Required: Computer skill, Data Analysis, MICROSOFT OFFICE
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Micro Finance, NGO Development projects
  • Sound Knowledge on Regulation of NGO Affairs Bureau, PKSF and MRA.
  • Skills and experience at communicating by email and internet.
  • Professionalism and ethics.
  • Governance, risk and control.
  • Stakeholder relationship management.
  • Strategy and innovation leadership and management.
  • Analytical and forward thinking.
