Job Description / Responsibility
  • Checking the daily petty cash transactions of the various branches and matching the transactions to the invoices and supporting documents.
  • Matching the petty cash top up with the sales vouchers.
  • Checking the petty cash entries are duly entered in the software.
  • Tabulating the daily sales amount and preparing the sales and receivables Journal entries.
  • Cross checking the sales entries with the collection entries with the banking and other collection documents.
  • Ensuring proper register, records and original supporting documents are maintained at the branch end.
  • Cross matching the petty cash transaction records with QuickBooks
  • Carrying out various reconciliations.
  • Conducting regular and surprise cash audit at the branches.
  • Aiding in day-to-day banking activities.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance
Experience Requirements
  • At least 1 year

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 22 to 32 years
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.
