Job Description / Responsibility

MARS FINANCIAL AND LEGAL CONSULTANTY (MARS FLC) is an international standard legal solution based debt recovery agency as well as Law Firm.
Job Responsibilities
Recover debt money on behalf of Reputed Bank.
Prepare work report on a daily, weekly & monthly basis and submit to the Collection Team Manager regularly.
Ensure proper service provided to each and every customer as par bank policy.
To visit customers physically to get payment.
Maintain a good relationship with the customers.
Achieve collection target through existing clients.
Ensure daily report collection and compile as per management requirement and be professional.
Achieve individual targets on a daily, weekly & monthly basis set by the respective collection Team Manager.
Any responsibilities given by the Management.

Educational Requirements

HSC/Degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Banks

Additional Job Requirements

Age 22 to 36 years
At least 1 year in Collection or Sales.
English proficiency & Computer Knowledge.

Location

Anywhere in Bangladesh

Salary Range

Negotiable
