Job Description / Responsibility
  • Education Administration/ Management, Education Counseling, Education Marketing etc.
  • Analyze the applications of prospective students based on standard admission policies
  • Do the registrations for the students applying for different programs
  • Conduct admission test and interviews of prospective students
  • Update student database Make outbound calls and emails to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Maintain consistent follow-up communication with all applicants to advise regarding admission via telephone, email or in person as required
  • Match international institutions academic program options with the prospective student Guide the students towards deciding the right direction to follow their ambitions of getting into top ranked universities both at home and abroad
  • Arrange seminars, workshops and education fairs in collaboration with foreign universities
  • Guide the students for their university selection and prepare them to apply to the university
  • Prepare reports and maintain records for all jobs done Must ensure that all required paperwork is timely and properly done
  • Coordinate with other campuses Maintain good professional working relationships with colleagues, line managers and administrators
  • Work as a team player Take ownership, manage and organize jobs and multitask
  • Other Admin related tasks assigned by the school management
  • Any other duties commensurate with the duties/responsibilities/grade of the post

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience Requirements
  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Software Company, School, Individual/Personal Recruitment
