Job Description / Responsibility

Act as a positive role model to the children and engage them in various educational activities such as singing, dancing, listening, storytelling, drawing.
Also doing caring part like feeding, shower given etc.
Value and support each child and staff member regardless of their religion and gender.
Take daily attendance, complete a development checklist on children's progress and record accidents.
Deal with any issue that arise, maintain a neat, orderly and attractive daycare center and build a positive relationship with parents and staff.
Maintain official documents and monthly planner/curriculum.

Educational Requirements

Honors running applicants will get preference
For Caregiver minimum HSC/SSC .
Applicants with child related educational background are highly encouraged to apply.

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
School
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

Age 20 to 35 years
Experienced in working in a daycare environment.
Good communication skills to interact with the children.
Must have a good patience and a well art of teaching the children with care.
Good organizational and team work skills.
Very well written and verbal communication skills both in English & Bangla.
Basic level of computer knowledge.
A good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework.
