Job Description / Responsibility

This post will be for the training institute named, Universal Medical and Technical Training Institute (UMTTI), which is an association with Universal Medical College and Hospital Ltd.
Responsible for the Japanese Program on Nursing & Caregiving.
Conduct Japanese Language Training classes.
Participation in lesson planning, as well as other tasks required for a Training Institution.
Teach Japanese manners and etiquette.
Follow the course curriculum and help the students to make progress and complete the courses based on the curriculum within the course duration.
Designing, organizing, and delivering courses to meet the needs of all trainees.
Keeping up-to-date with Communication tools and techniques based on the demand of international marketplaces.
Create an immersive classroom environment where the teacher and students can use the Japanese language to communicate naturally.
Promoting cultural exchange and cross-cultural understanding, and introducing Japanese customs and traditions.
Enable students to achieve practical communication skills, as well as to equip them with the language skills that can be applied in a professional working environment.
Organize Zoom meetings and live sessions with associates in Japan and local associates.
Stay up-to-date on current Japanese language teaching methodologies and best practices.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
At least JLPT Level-4 passed.
JFT Qualified will get preference.

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Training Institutes

Additional Job Requirements

Age 22 to 35 years
Good in communication in Japanese, English, and Bengali.
Must know current employment procedures in Japan (SSW & TITP).
Be hard-working & Self Motivated to work in a team environment.
