Job Description / Responsibility

Responsibilities & Context :
Oversee the day-to-dayproduction, shipment monitoring, quality and operations.
Capability to analyze financial report and garments Pre-costing and post costing.
Work closely with the Top Management to develop and deliver strategic plans and goals and identify risk, mitigating factors and potential opportunities for the future.
To find out root causes of less production/rejection and take appropriate action to overcome the situation with production department.
analytical ability for daily production achievement against capacity.
To maintain daily turnover and profit loss analysis.
Job Context :
A reputed leading figure in the knit Composite garments Industryof Bangladesh is looking for experienced professional for the position of Head of Production/Sr. GM (Production) in Knit Garments Factory.
Job Responsibilities :
To be responsible for overall operation of the factory.
To manage and administer effectively all the factory matters for uninterrupted production.
To ensure smooth flow of production with maximum target at optimum quality.
To ensure availability of skilled worker for smooth operation.
Follow up the Raw Material Warehouses, needs to be maintained in well manner.
Responding as Team leader for any emergency issue.
Skills & Expertise :
Ability to work under pressure good interpersonal and communication skills Negotiation Skills Self-motivated Sound knowledge in excellent team work

Educational Requirements

Textile Engineer / Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology/ Equivalent Qualification in this line.

Experience Requirements

10 to 15 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Renowned knit Composite garments Industry

Additional Job Requirements

Age at least 40 years.
Operational knowledge on Cotton, PC, CVC, Heavy Fleece, Terry/Elastane etc.
Managing ability with problem solution & analytically skills.
Good knowledge in Quality Department.
Report producing for management and MIS.
