Job Description / Responsibility
  • Join our vibrant team at R.B Agro Ltd. (Cherish Feed) a sister concern of K.G.S Group as a DGM (Cattle)! We seek a sales enthusiast with a strong background in marketing and sales, particularly within the agro-based sector. Essential qualifications include familiarity with agro-processing, seeds, and genetically modified products.
  • Overall responsible for tracking market development strategies and set up sales plans.
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
  • Designing and ensuring various campaign and product promotional activities to boost up the sales of Cattle feed.
  • Promote CATTLE FEED and achieve sales target as per business plan.
  • Engage in any other responsibility as assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc)
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
  • Masters
Experience Requirements
  • 12 to 15 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 38 to 45 years
  • Experience in Marketing & Sales in relevant fields Sound knowledge of Agro-based firms (incl. Agro Processing/ Seed/ GM).
  • Applicant should have agro-based marketing experience with 12-15 years prior sales and managing junior officers.
