Job Description / Responsibility

Showcase a proven track record of successful rice sales, including achievements in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving market share growth.
Utilize comprehensive knowledge of commodity products, particularly rice, to drive sales growth and market penetration.
Collaborate effectively with large conglomerates engaged in commodity products, fostering strong working relationships to facilitate sales initiatives.
Develop innovative sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and maximize revenue generation.
Lead and manage a field sales team within assigned clusters, regions, or territories, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve sales objectives.
Implement performance metrics and provide regular feedback to optimize team performance.
Leverage existing networks and establish new channels across diverse geographic regions of the country to expand market reach and distribution network.
Cultivate strong partnerships with distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and accessibility.
Demonstrate expertise in developing new rice brands and expanding channels for these brands to penetrate untapped markets.
