Job Description / Responsibility

We are seeking for smart, dynamic, talented, honest, and dedicated Sales and marketing person to join our team.
Searching prospects and generating leads.
Contacting potential and existing customers over the phone, by email, and in person.
Hitting the Monthly sales target mandatorily.
Building and maintaining a relationship with clients and prospects.
Handling customer's questions, inquiries, visits, and complaints.
Collect and analyze data and prepare sales reports.
Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
Identify potential markets/clients along with new sales opportunities.
Monitor existing competitors' activities and compete accordingly.
Periodical Report Generation and Presentation.
Prepare a reasonable Marketing Strategy.
Any other job assigned by the Supervisor/Management related to the role.

Educational Requirements

Masters

Experience Requirements

2 to 4 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate, Resort, Developer
