Job Description / Responsibility
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Set sales targets and objectives for the sales team.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to maximize team productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay updated on interior design products, trends, and industry developments.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
  • Stay updated on interior design products, trends, and industry developments.
  • Work closely with other departments such as marketing, design, and operations to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Educational Requirements
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements
  • 10 to 16 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Interior Design

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 32 to 42 years
  • Very good competency in interior sales
  • Minimum 5 years in the similar position and 12 years experience with any reputed interior design company.
