Job Description / Responsibility

For the aforementioned position, Green Town LP Gas Ltd. is searching for qualified and promising personnel;
To check and verify the vouchers and invoices.
To maintain file and documents related to accounts department;
To Prepare all payment voucher, posting to software and take approval from management.
To Reconcile party ledger balance on monthly basis.
To Prepare & maintain company accounts, cash and bank transactions, receipt and payment statement, cash and fund flow statement, stock record, trial balance, profit and loss account, Tax and VAT management etc.
To manage & oversee the daily operations of accounts & finance department including: accounts payable & receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, treasury & budgeting, cash forecast, revenue & expenditure variance analysis, financial data reconciliation & debt activity.
To prepare Monthly salary sheet.
To prepare monthly Bank Reconciliations and report to the authorized person.
To prepare yearly financial sheets, balance sheets, notes of profit & loss accounts.
To make deposits into and withdrawals from bank.
Must be familiar with ERP software.
To perform any accounts related work assigned by the authority.

Educational Requirements

Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Multinational Companies, Group of Companies, LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas
