Job Description / Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and general ledger entries.
- Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies during audits and examinations.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management to support decision-making and drive business growth.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities to optimize financial performance.
- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and accounting standards to ensure compliance.
- Train and mentor junior staff members to develop their skills and knowledge in accounting practices.
- Thorough in Expense & Income Accounts Statement, Profit & Loss Account, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Pre-shipment & Post-shipment Costing, Order-wise Job Costings, Monitoring Store Inventory & Purchase.
- Maintain Banking Facilities with Lien Banks, taking initiatives for arranging funds, balancing between Short Term & Long Term Assets and Liabilities, Ensuring & organizing Debt servicing within deadline.
- Preparation of monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Budget & Financial Statement for the company.
Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
- Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
- Applicants must be CA-CC and CA partly qualified (Minimum Professional Level/Advance Level)/ ACCA/CMA/CIMA
Experience Requirements
- At least 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies
