Job Description / Responsibility
- FMCO is a multidisciplinary company that deals with the coordination of works between buildings, individuals, infrastructure, energy, water and drainage services
- We at FMCO recruited the highly qualified human resources for all administrative, commercial and industrial facilities.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
- General Ledger Management:
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of transactions recorded.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and customer invoicing, to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts, monitoring variances and providing recommendations for cost control and optimization.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and prepare tax filings, including VAT returns and income tax returns, in a timely and accurate manner.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and performance metrics tracking to support decision-making processes and identify areas for improvement or efficiency gains.
- Audit Support: Assist in the coordination of internal and external audits, providing documentation and support as needed to ensure compliance with audit requirements.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
- Candidates with Advanced Accounting degrees like CPA will get preference.
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Audit Firms /Tax Consultant
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 23 to 40 years
- Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 3 years of experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Arabic and English languages preferred.
- Candidates must have valid Passports.
- Candidates must have good speaking and comprehension proficiency in - English language
- Candidates must have good speaking and comprehension proficiency in - Hindi Language
- Experience Requirements can be relaxed if candidate has prior foreign work experience.
