Job Description / Responsibility
  • We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Production Manager - Sewing in Knit Garments Factory.
  • Job Location will be Jamgora, Ashulia, Savar.
  • Handing all types of production issues, selection by section coordination, specially sewing & Finishing.
  • Dealing with vendors, buyer QC for product improvement and taking on site training.
  • Work closely with the production team from the development stage in order to foresee production bottlenecks & quality problems.
  • Contribute to production planning and budgeting, monitor quality assessments to ensure buyers satisfaction.
  • Maintain a safe production schedule, strictly follow up hourly production and work for increasing production target.
  • Make sure the factory operation runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Any other assignment as assigned by the top management.

Educational Requirements
  • Minimum Graduation/B.Sc. from any reputed institution.
Experience Requirements
  • At least 8 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Garments, Textile
