Job Description / Responsibility

We are a 100% export-oriented renowned Denim Woven Top and Bottom Garments Manufacturing Washing Plant, looking for a dynamic, energetic and proactive candidate for the "GM/AGM Quality (Washing Factory)" position. The incumbent must have initiative, experience and the drive to deliver high-quality results.
Prepare schedule and plan the daily work for the garment wash and delegate the work depending on the workload and priority requirements.
Develop and implement the changes into the the current system and ensure the technical advancement for better output of the plant.
Coordinate with other washing units, provide washing specifications/ quality check.
Responsible for ensuring the quality of wash products/Garments and product safety as well.
Develop the samples with required wash/treatment along with several proposition as standard.
Co-ordinate with merchandiser to make recipes records.
Responsible for bulk washes, Garment Washing, Finishing, Coordination and Sampling
To find out the solution of the various problems and rectify with the discussion of production manager/GM/Director.
To keep communication with other factory's production and quality people
Look after all the quality issues of the washing factory
Have to communicate with all production and finishing units for all types of quality related issues of the garments
To check garments and receive from sewing factory, check and highlight if any difficulties are there in washing
To make closing report on time and accurate
Rectify and re-wash shall be under the concern’s responsibility
Has to make sure to get good quality products from subcontract.
Other requirements: Knowledge on ISO 45001 standards, CAP of quality, experience on handling internal audit, independently handling technical and quality related audit.
Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Technology
Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Textile Technology

Experience Requirements

At least 10 years
