Job Description / Responsibility
  • Job Context: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Executive who can lead marketing efforts for our real estate projects, both in the field and online. Candidates must be proactive and results-driven with a strong understanding of the real estate market.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company properties.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, both offline and online.
  • Visit prospective customers and explain project features.
  • Coordinate with design team for promotional materials.
  • Attend property fairs, events, and field activities.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Marketing
Experience Requirements
  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Real Estate, Developer

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age at least 25 years
  • Minimum 5 years in Marketing, preferably in Real Estate/Property sector.
  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle client pressure and achieve targets.
  • Must be smart, confident, and willing to work in field marketing.
