Job Description / Responsibility
  • We are looking for dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced professionals to join our growing marketing team.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Achieving Sales Target (Daily, Weekly & Monthly).
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Monitor and manage distributors and sales representatives (SR) in the assigned territory/Area
  • Confirm timely product delivery to the distributor point from Depot.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends and competitor activities.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Train and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity.
  • Create new market and develop existing market on regular basis.
  • Submit regular sales reports to higher management.
  • Any other assignments give to management time to time.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors, Masters
Experience Requirements
  • 5 to 7 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age at least 25 years
  • Candidate should have Motor Bike Driving License.
