Job Description / Responsibility
  • Achieve company sales target with proper planning and execution.
  • Work with an energetic marketing team and follow the instruction of the Company.
  • Ability to work independently and travel frequently.·
  • Execute all marketing plans of the Organization.
  • Developed new clients and maintain good relationships with both clients.·
  • Provide technical or any other support to the dealers regarding sales.·
  • Maintain communication with agricultural officers at the field level.
  • Track competitors' activities and market presence.
  • Improve sales skills by working closely with model farmers and maintaining financial discipline.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience with reporting tools is a plus.
  • Ready to take on additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the management.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing or minimum Bachelor in any discipline.
Experience Requirements
  • 2 to 3 years
