Job Description / Responsibility

We are currently seeking a driven, motivated, and goal-oriented individual to join our marketing team as a Digital Marketing Specialist.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute Digital Marketing strategies for platforms like Facebook and YouTube, Google including paid and organic campaigns.
- Execute On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and performance.
- Perform Keyword Research, Content Writing, Analysis, and Optimization for platforms like Google and Bing.
- Conduct SEO Audits, generate detailed reports, and develop strategies aligned with Google's latest algorithms and search techniques.
- Build quality Backlinks and manage Advanced SEO tools for website ranking improvements.
- Increase daily post traffic and boost organic engagement across all digital platforms.
- Optimize YouTube SEO for improved video views, Facebook SEO for organic reach, and enhance traffic and engagement metrics.
- Oversee the company's Social Media accounts, including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc., to drive brand growth and audience engagement.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.

Educational Requirements
- Honors/ Masters in any discipline.
