Job Description / Responsibility
  • We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Social Media Communication Executive.
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Respond to social media messages promptly and professionally.
  • Handle incoming calls and provide excellent customer support.
  • Communicate effectively in both Bengali and English.
  • Engage in social media according to instructions.
  • Answering incoming calls from customers and ensuring instant customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to customer inquiries.
  • Receiving customer complaints and inputting those in the system for necessary measures and providing them information about the resolution of the same.
  • Troubleshoot/ helping to resolve customer service problems.
  • Provide general information.
  • Maintaining a high standard of call and customer service quality as per the requirement of the organization.

Educational Requirements
  • HSC, Bachelor/Honors
Experience Requirements
  • At least 1 year
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

  • Age 18 to 30 years
  • Skills & Expertise
  • Communication, Computer skill, Customer Service, Fast typing skill, Good Communication Skill (Bangla and English) Social Media Management.
