Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clients through various channels i.e personal networking, social media, and referrals.
Present and promote land opportunities to clients highlighting unique selling points and investment potential.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while ensuring exceptional customer experience.
Handling every clients efficiently as a consultant.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Regular reporting on progress and forecasts.
Develop and maintain client database
Gaining customer insight, keep updated with current real estate market trend.
Being an ideal team player for the success of own sales team.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements

1 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate, Resort, Developer
