Job Description / Responsibility
- Magnolia Tea is a renowned tea brand in Bangladesh with 8 depots, more than 200 distributors in 42 districts and 200+ sales force all over the country.
- Magnolia Tea is a product of M. Ahmed Group, a pioneer tea company in Bangladesh with stakes in agriculture, banking, textile, real estate, cold storage and consumer products.
- We are looking for a bright and energetic Assistant Manager (Sales) with a proven track record to join our sales team in Dhaka Metro.
- Responsibility:
- Assist in formulating and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective execution of sales plans.
- Conduct regular retail and wholesale visits and set-up new dealers and depots in new or existing areas.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain strong relationships.
- Supporting and coaching team members to carry out regional activities.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports about the team's performance and share with the management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities or enhancements.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Bachelor/Honors in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field from a reputed University
Experience Requirements

- Age at least 40 years
- At least 10 years’ experience in sales (FMCG)/ Marketing with a proven sales track record.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly performance-driven. Ability to achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge of the FMCG market in Bangladesh.
- Experience in sales management and strategy formulation.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Must know how to ride motorbike. Ready to extensively field visit throughout Bangladesh.
