Job Description / Responsibility
- We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle ERP Implementer with extensive knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) dashboard integration to join our dynamic IT team.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully implementing Oracle ERP systems, configuring modules, and designing BI dashboards to enhance decision-making processes.
- The role requires a deep understanding of Oracle ERP solutions, data integration, and analytics to optimize business operations and deliver actionable insights.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Oracle ERP Implementation & Support: Lead complex, end-to-end Oracle ERP implementations (Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion, Oracle Cloud), focusing on Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR modules.
- Configure, customize and optimize Oracle ERP systems based on business requirements.
- Perform data migration, system testing, and quality assurance to ensure smooth and successful ERP deployments.
- Extensive knowledge in financial terms and methodologies.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle ERP systems, troubleshooting issues and ensuring continuous operation.
- BI Dashboard Development & Integration: Design and implement BI dashboards using Oracle BI tools (OBIEE, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Tableau etc.) to provide real-time insights into business performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and data visualizations that will support data-driven decision-making across departments.
- To understand key metrics and reporting needs, translating them into interactive, user-friendly dashboards.
- Ensure seamless integration of BI dashboards with Oracle ERP and other data sources, providing comprehensive views of business data.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with business users, project managers, and technical teams to gather requirements, define scope, and deliver ERP and BI solutions.
- Communicate project milestones, risks, and progress updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Provide end-user training and documentation to empower teams to leverage Oracle ERP and BI dashboard tools effectively.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Oracle ERP solutions and BI tools, proactively recommending enhancements or optimizations to improve business processes.
- Identify areas for automation, process improvements, and system upgrades to enhance operational efficiency.
- Technical Expertise & Leadership: Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in the implementation of Oracle ERP and BI dashboard solutions.
- Lead technical discussions, troubleshooting, and complex problem-solving for ERP and BI-related issues.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and IT architects to ensure smooth project delivery
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Oracle ERP (e.g., Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist) or BI tools are a plus.

- Experience:
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations, with a strong focus on Oracle Financials, Supply Chain, or HR modules.
- Proven experience designing and implementing BI dashboards using Oracle BI tools (OBIEE, Oracle Analytics Cloud, or similar) and Power BIO Strong knowledge of data integration, ETL processes, and BI reporting methodologies.
- Experience in handling large-scale projects, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Skills:
- Expertise in Oracle ERP architecture, configuration, and customization.
- Strong technical proficiency in BI dashboard development and data visualization.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, data modeling, and analytics.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
