Job Description / Responsibility

Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage and support our accounting operations, within the Showroom Operation. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles, relevant experience in a Cables Sector, and the ability to independently handle various financial tasks using ERP systems and accounting software.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records
Operate accounting software and maintain records using Excel, ERP, and Tally independently
Maintain purchase and sales registers, ensuring all formalities are completed
Review, verify, and approve expense reports and supplier/party bills
Perform regular reconciliations of customer ledgers and other financial accounts
Post and process journal entries to ensure proper recording of business transactions
Generate billing statements, analyze financial data, and support budgeting activities
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly financial reports
Execute any special financial tasks or analytical projects assigned by management

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s/Honors degree
B.Com / BBA in Accounting is more preferable

Experience Requirements

2 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Electric Wire/Cable
