Job Description / Responsibility

Security Officer is responsible for supervising the Security Guard and their activities, securing the properties and ensuring the safety and security of the premises.
operating security technology like CCTV, access control systems, and alarms.
Ensure appropriate deployment to ensure utmost safety and security.
Conduct regular and random inspections or patrols to ensure security alertness.
Conduct grooming sessions, training programs and other sessions for the Security Guards.
Maintain different registers related to security, guest, inventory etc. and prepare reports accordingly.
Monitor access control process to restrict trespassing.
Ensure necessary protocol for all in due diligence.
Respond to security incidents and emergencies and coordinate activities accordingly.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards·
Carry out other activities as guided by the Management.
Physical fitness and ability to perform patrolling and responding to emergencies.

Educational Requirements

Additional Job Requirements

Age at least 35 years
5-10 years proven experience in related field.
Retired army persons are encouraged to apply.
Applicants whose present location is out of Dhaka city/near Dhaka are discouraged to apply.
Skills:
Strong leadership and organizational skills·
Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures·
Ability to handle and resolve conflicts effectively·
Proficiency in using security technology and surveillance systems·
Strong communication and interpersonal skills·
Adequate knowledge regarding fire safety issue of the complex.
Manpower sourcing skills.
