Job Description / Responsibility
  • Supervise all activities of the Subordinates.
  • Ensure sharing of up-to-date product, medical, and company information with the medical practitioners.
  • Ensure the cosmists’ shop visit by the MPO/SMPOs in view to build a professional relationship and securing orders for them.
  • Checking the activities of subordinates through the checklist for field forces.
  • Fix and periodic review of doctors’ visits, frequently depending on importance.
  • Follow up and analyze the prescriptions of the doctors to understand doctors’ prescription habits and competitors’ status, hence to guide the subordinates to improve prescription generation.
  • Weekly monitor unit and value sales achievements to ensure target achievements.
  • Analyze competitor activity and guide the subordinate to counteract locally.
  • Train the subordinates on the job.
  • Ensure timely collection of bills from the parties.
  • Visit different chemist shops in view to understand their satisfaction level and get competitor information. Maintain relationships with the local professional associations like BMA, DAB and BCDS.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements
  • At least 4 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 28 to 40 years
  • The applicants with experience in the following areas (s) will get preference: Pharmaceutical Marketing, Pharmaceutical Sales, or Sales and Marketing Pharmaceutical Products.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a pharma industry.
