Job Description / Responsibility

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and energetic Field Sales Representative to join our growing team in Bangladesh. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in direct sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
Visit retailers, distributors, or B2B clients to promote and sell our products
Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base (retailers, distributors, or B2B clients)
Identify new sales opportunities and follow up on leads in assigned areas
Establish strong relationships with clients and maintain long-term partnerships
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategy
Gather market feedback and competitor insights to report to the team
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
Bachelor / Master’s Degree or equivalent education in in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company

Additional Job Requirements

Age at least 27 years
Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or direct selling (consumer products, retail, or B2B preferred)
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and strong leadership potential
Fluent in Bengali; English or Chinese proficiency is a plus
