Job Description / Responsibility

Responsible for overseeing all sales activities of the company and motivating the sales team to achieve the best results as per target fixed monthly & annually.
Prepare monthly sales activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team and formulating strategies and establishing objectives to meet the sales target.
Prepare and maintain product wise forecasting according to market demand.
Conduct regular market visits to check market coverage and competitors’ activities to identify key areas for improvement in the sales process.
Developing sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly market report on sales.
Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
Prepare and achieve sales budget.
Conduct review meetings to monitor progress and take corrective action as required.
Any other jobs as assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

Masters, Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years

Additional Job Requirements

Age at least 35 years
Minimum 3-5 years of experience on similar position in a reputed pharmaceutical industry engaged with Animal Health Products Sales.
Wide travel across the country is required.
Must have computer knowledge (MS word, MS excel & power point).
Good communication skill in English & Bangla.
Ability to handle pressure.
Highly motivated and willing to take challenges.
