Job Description / Responsibility

A reputed and nationwide electric meter manufacturing company is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, result-oriented, qualified, and committed professional for Marketing Manager position for Hosaf Meter.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the marketing and sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase brand visibility and market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication, service and support.
Oversee regular visits to dealers and key clients to nurture and strengthen business relationships.
Prepare and submit periodic sales reports and market analysis to senior management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Marketing
Candidates having MBA majoring in Marketing
Educational qualifications may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.
Computer literacy in relevant areas is a must.

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements

Age 30 to 35 years
Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the electrical or electronic meter industry and marketing of electrical/electronic meter, prepaid meter, water meter etc.
Prior leadership or team management experience is an added advantage.
