Job Description / Responsibility

Beauti4me is a cosmetics Brand work with High end Skin Care and color Cosmetics
Key Responsibilities:·
Social Media Channel Management
Communicate fluently in English and Bangla to attract a wide audience
Act naturally and confidently on camera to maintain viewer interest
Create and share short videos to promote live streaming events
Persuade and convince the audience with strong speaking and presentation skills
Stay updated with trending topics and incorporate them into live shows
Research, develop, and produce compelling product video in a mobile-friendly format.
Create, schedule, and manage social media posts and marketing campaigns
Response Customer and take order and
Monitor and analyze social media performance and engagement metrics.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content strategies
Work closely with digital teams to ensure timely and impactful content delivery.

Educational Requirements

HSC, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Telecommunication, Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

Age 18 to 30 years
Ability to present product feature and benefits during live sessions.
Strong communication skills and an engaging on-camera presence.
Ability to engage and interact with a live audience professionally.
The applicants should have experience in E-commerce sector
Confident and charismatic personality.
Strong brand representation skills and crisis management during live sessions
Customer response and invoice prepare skill.
