Job Description / Responsibility

Ensure regular field & fish farm visit.
Arrange GD & seminars with farmers & other stakeholders on aquaculture management in whole nationwide Develop de-growth territory.
Arrange meeting with field force as per business requirement.
Responsible for monitoring packing materials & design Promote bio-security products for the farmers if required.
Responsible for providing one stop technical support for aqua based cluster.
Monitor customer feedback through demonstration & record keeping.
Assist in customer complain handling and report to management.
Ensure on the job training for the field force.
Monitor and assist key fish feed customers and Fish feed based territory.
Responsible for achieve fish feed target through sales team.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fisheries, Master of Science (MSc) in Fisheries

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Poultry, Fisheries, Hatchery, Dairy
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
