Job Description / Responsibility
  • Job Context- Falgu Agro looking for some energetic, enthusiastic qualified experienced Agriculture / Livestock officer.
  • Job Location: Shibpur, Araihazar, Narayangonj
  • Job Responsibilities
  • Maintaining and monitoring all the projects component of the Falgu Argo farm, land areas and put up a detail plan for Agriculture, livestock projects.
  • Handling the marketing and sale of products produced in the farm Agriculture products.
  • Maintain & monitoring all records of Agriculture.
  • Budgeting and maintaining accurate financial records & organizing sales.
  • Handling paperwork and keeping administrative records and training/instructing and supervising farm workers.
  • Building professional networks and keeping abreast of developments in agricultural science.
  • Ensuring compliance with government regulations and health and safety standards.
  • Ensure waste management as well as environment & pollution control.
  • Organizing maintenance/repair of farm property, equipment and machinery.
  • Any other assignment entrusted by the management time to time.

Educational Requirements
  • Diploma in Agriculture, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture
Experience Requirements
  • 2 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Development Agency, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
